Gym Admission is designed for gym-based workouts (dumbbells, cables, squat racks, etc.), so we recommend access to a gym or a well-equipped home setup.

We host everything through our fitness app. Once you join, you’ll receive an email invite to set up your account, download the app, and start training like a Gym Baddie. 💪

Yes — you can cancel your Gym Admission subscription anytime via the app or by reaching out before your billing date. VIP Coaching requires a consultation first and follows its own agreement based on your custom plan.

VIP Coaching spots are limited and seasonal to make sure every client gets full attention and support. If applications are closed, you can join the waitlist and be notified when space opens up.

We don’t do one-size-fits-all meal plans. Instead, you’ll get macro suggestions, macro friendly recipes, flexible nutrition guidance, and support in building habits that actually work for YOUR body and lifestyle.
